T hink about the video.  There are loads of different types of exercise that we can do and lots of different types of sports clubs we could join too, there really is something for everyone these days.  I think it’s fair to say that we are what we eat too, if you eat fatty junky foods all the time then I’m afraid you’re likely to put weight on. H ow do you feel?   How do you feel about exercise and sports?  Are you active at the moment?  Would you like to be?  Have you really explored all the options?  I t’s your life.   Whether it’s getting fit, losing weight, changing your diet or all of them then it’s going to take some time and commitment.  Only you can choose to live a healthier lifestyle.
