T hink about the video.  Esteem is a term we use to describe our view of our selves within the world and within our relationships.  Low self esteem is when we have a very persistent negative outlook on ourselves and our achievements.   H ow do you feel?  How do you feel about yourself?  Happy and content we hope!  If you have your ups and downs then that’s perfectly normal, if you feel more down then up then can you put your finger on what’s bothering you? I t’s your life.  It’s your life and everybody’s life is completely different.  We all look different, have different shapes and sizes of bodies, have different intelligence levels and abilities, have different coloured hair and listen to different music.  Being different to other people is completely normal and if you can accept this fact and try not to be somebody you’re not then you will put your mind at a lot...
